Shannon brings a wealth of financial expertise and a deep love for Los Angeles’ Eastside communities to her career in real estate. A longtime resident of Atwater Village, Shannon pairs her professional background in corporate finance with her hands-on experience in residential renovation to offer clients both strategic insight and personal guidance.

A graduate of Westfield State University in Massachusetts, where she earned her B.S. in Business, Shannon went on to spend over 14 years building an impressive career in Corporate America. She held leadership roles as an Accounting Manager at Mellon Financial and Colony Capital—a private real estate investment firm—before moving into senior positions with Pacific Financial Research and ultimately serving as Assistant Vice President at U.S. Bancorp Fund Services.

Her passion for real estate grew organically while managing multiple home renovation projects in Atwater Village, where she combined her financial acumen with a keen eye for design and value. This hands-on experience inspired her to transition into real estate full-time, pursuing her dream of becoming a REALTOR®.

Today, Shannon leverages her rare blend of financial expertise, project management skills, and neighborhood knowledge to guide clients through every stage of the buying and selling process. Her clients value her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to helping them make confident, informed decisions in one of life’s most important investments.

Joey is a seasoned builder, project manager, and real estate professional whose career blends creativity, technical expertise, and entrepreneurial drive.

A native of Massillon, Ohio, Joey grew up immersed in the family business, where he developed a strong foundation in construction and real estate investment. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering, he set his sights on Los Angeles in 2000. When Joey first arrived in California, his passion for music took center stage—he recorded an album with his band before channeling his energy into building his own construction business in Hollywood.

By 2003, Joey had earned his General Contractor’s license, quickly establishing a reputation for high-quality work across a wide spectrum of projects. His portfolio includes the design and build-out of recording studios, as well as numerous residential, commercial, and retail renovations throughout Los Angeles.

His expertise eventually led him into large-scale infrastructure, where he served as Project Manager on public works projects exceeding $70 million in scope. This experience sharpened his ability to manage complex budgets, schedules, and teams, while keeping design integrity and client goals at the forefront.

Driven by a lifelong passion for music, architecture, and construction, Joey’s evolution into real estate was a natural next step. His unique background allows him to see properties not just as spaces, but as opportunities for transformation and value creation—a perspective that sets him apart in the Los Angeles market.
