A longtime resident of Eastside communities Hollywood and Atwater Village, Shannon earned her B.S. in Business from Westfield State University in Massachusetts. After graduation, Shannon’s unique work resume’ was built from working in Corporate America for 14 years as an Accounting Manager at Mellon Financial, Colony Capital – A Private Real Estate Investment Firm, Pacific Financial Research and she served as Assistant Vice President at U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC. After working as a project manager for several home renovations in Atwater Village, Shannon decided to pursue her dream to work as a full time Realtor/Sale Associate.

A native of Massillon Ohio, Joey grew up working in the family business which focused on construction and real estate investment. The venture to Los Angeles took place in 2000 after attaining a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering. Upon arrival, the first order of business was recording an album with his band and establishing his construction business in Hollywood. Earning his General Contractors license in 2003, Joey has completed several recording studio build-outs and countless residential, commercial & retail renovations throughout Los Angeles.
